1. Tracey Todhunter, What are some ways you've seen of overcoming some people's reluctance to use technology to work together (not answering emails or contributing to wikis, for example)? Some people seem to prefer communicating only face-to-face, which isn't always possible. What techniques or websites have you found to deal with this?
