Show more »The British public is increasingly Euro Sceptical.  I believe that at the last poll, about 80% of the public would vote to withdraw from the E.U. if given a vote.  Why won't the Tories give the public the chance to vote on this subject.  We do not need Europe.  We trade more with the rest of the World than we do with Europe. The fact is Europe needs us more than we need them.  The £90 billion pounds we give to Europe every year would be better spent on our own people.  Not being a member would also allow us to control our borders much more closely.  Why cannot we have a vote on this, since our membership is based on lies fed to the public since day one.
