    Will it ever be possible for people outside the Uk to buy a TV licence to enable them to watch the BBC overseas, listen to all live radio broadcasts and view a website free of adverts?

    China's recent attempt to occupy the Spratley islands, which are widely agreed to belong to Vietnam, seems to have gone unnoticed in the media in general. Why do you think this is?

    Whilst I don't argue with your right to publish negative stories about China it seems that you ONLY publish negative stories about China. Doesn't this kind of reporting only encourage the seeming paranoia...     I've just seen the BBC world news on tv, which has failed to mention that 50 people were killed last night in Bagdhad by suicide bombers whilst celebrating their team's victory in the Asia Cup. Meanwhile... Show more »I've just seen the BBC world news on tv, which has failed to mention that 50 people were killed last night in Bagdhad by suicide bombers whilst celebrating their team's victory in the Asia Cup. Meanwhile we have a "live" link up with the "Monastery" in Wales where a bull faces being put down by a vet. Given that killing people who are supporting a victory for the Nation of Iraq would appear to be a serious indication of the lengths these terrorists will now go to, couldn't it at least have been given a few seconds of your time?
