Getting senior level buy-in for uniform levels of investment in this in different BC directorates is crucial. It's no good one country spending on content when others do not. b) continuity -solved by etsablishing standing editorial teams with a planned content schedule, which takes account of busy periods, leave etc. Again, this needs to be standardised across all operations that are involved in publishing content. c) sustainability- finding a cost recovery model whereby micro-payments for content are funded via sponsors. This is a business development activity and as such, needs to be planned, monitored and reported on at a regional or global level. Show less »
