The way it is, people with potential to do excellently in University can (according to many, many discussions on TSR regarding fees) dismiss it immediately as being too expensive - they don't know how the system works, how it isn't very expensive at all and how much support they can get. 2. When was the last time he ventured further afield to Northern Universities or those that are in Wales?
