David Miliband, Mr. Secretary , your Israeli counterpart has recently stated that Israel was not bound by the Annapolis commitments to pursue the creation of a Palestinian state and the new Israeli Prime Minister rejects the notion of a two state solution . What measures do you believe should be implemented by the international community to sway the Israeli government not to derail the peace process ?
