This is my own experience, I am starnded in India from last may'2008 as I got damaged my passport. Even though I got my new passport and applied for Returning Resident Visa in May'2008 and after a year in May'2009 I got reply from BHC, New delhi, India that my appeal (which i never made) got dismissed by tribunall Judge. And all this time BHC was lying to me that they were conducting some checks on me in UK, and never informed me that they passed my appeal to Tribunal. I wrote hundreds of E-mails and letter to BHC High Commissioner and managers but never got a single reply from BHC, New Delhi.
This not only my story but when I searched, found that there are lots of other people suffring from this kind of problems. I am a resident of UK then all this happenning to me then think about the new applicants how much there will be raisism and harrassed by the officials of BHC, New Delhi, India.
