What is different in London Conference that has not been discussed in previous Conferences on Afghanistan? Paris Conference and many other Talks on Afghanistan over the past nine years have not brought any positive change. What they did bring is failure of the international community. endemic Corruption, 40 percent unemployment weak governance and the rapid insurgency and insucurity have been driving Afghans away from the government. What do Afghans expect from London Conference?
