Question

Lynne Featherstone, Arent the main parties simply foolish to exempt the NHS from any kind of spending cuts? Not only does this mean other services such as education will have to take extra cuts, but why should the NHS be exempt from the same efficiency savings that other services will have to go through in this current climate?
