Show more »Theresa May has been appointed as not just Home Secretary, but as Minister for Women and Equality. Looking into her voting record on gay rights we can see that she has voted - opposing the abolition of Section 28 - against lowering the age of consent in homosexual relationships to 16 - against gay adoption rights - against Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill which would give lesbian couples the ability to receive fertility treatment. Hardly a fighter for equal rights. As one of your constituents I would like your thoughts on her appointment. Show less »
