Your Questions

This is the best place to browse or search for questions and vote for those you’d most like to see answered

We are constantly amazed at what the questions tell us about the real problems that you so rarely read about in the papers or see on TV. Did you know the mothers of our soldiers in Afghanistan have to send socks and underwear to our troops because of theft by the laundry contractors?

Yoosk users are real people, asking real questions. Help them get answers from public figures by voting for them now. The more votes, the more likely a public figure is to answer when they receive our alerts. And don’t forget to rate the answers- it’s important feedback for the public figures.

“Why do the Taliban have better communications equipment than our troops?”

Show more »In light of the successful ten year long Swiss experiment offering maintenance doses of heroin to addicts in clinical settings, isn't it time the UK considered adopting a similar policy here on a larger scale? Heroin maintenance therapy has been proven to improve the quality and length of life for heroin addicts as well as drastically cutting down acquisitive crime committed by them to fund their habits. Initiation of new users has also been drastically reduced as the policy of prescription de-glamourises the drug and reduces the demand for the substance illegally. This experiment has also been successful in the Netherlands and Germany has recently voted to extend the policy federally. Show less »

UK debt accounts for 43% of GDP officially but thanks to Private Finance Initiatives much debt is hidden away! does that not mean that the average working man is lining the pockets of various financial institutions? i put it to you that it is the banking industry that controls government policy(why else would the government let them rob us?)and it is time that power was restored to parliament! can you not be the one to take them on? because you  would have alot of people behind you, including me.( Ron Paul a US Senetor is doing just that in the US)
