Show more »We have an unequal extradition treaty with the United States,in which The USA can extradite British citizens , but if Britain wants to bring US citizens to Britain to stand trial we have to apply to the US courts and try to prove that they are likely to be guilty.Who actually signed this treaty on our behalf,knowing that it was unequal ?Also why did they sign it,knowing that it was one sided?
