Do you think it would be a good idea to set up a levy system whereby the big retailers are charged a levy to cover the cost of an Ombudsman regulatory body to regulate the recommendations you are putting forward. The Farmers have had to pay levys for years to cover the cost of inspection charges and waste disposals at the abertoirs so why not the big retailers. Is it really fair to expect the taxpayers of this country, as a whole, to foot this bill, when it is the big retailers who have caused the need for an Ombudsman regulatory body by their own greed and market monopoly.
