Show more »In the remarks on Arrse the Conservative position is to have an SDR as soon as possible and to run at the same time a restructuring of MoD and defence Procurement. Would it not be sensible to wait the outcome of the SDR so that we have the Defence Procurement that is required and the Ministry of Defence organised to properly fit the requirements of the Forces. It would seem that MoD restructuring along with Defence Procurement changes would mean that the SDR would have to be tailored to meet these requirements rather than actual defence requirements.
