The fines collections will plummet,the target set for community punishment order,will never be achieved. The idea that 20 enforcement officers (CEO's) can cover the whole of Wales is ludicrous. When people complain that compensation awarded to them by the court will probably never be paid. I would be very interested how high you rate local justice. Show less »

Who will collect the fines? Breach warrants( community punishment orders) are a national indicator,the government targets are very difficult to hit with our full compliment of officers. Show less »
