Go a stage further - the NHS needs to be in this model - give something to get something - if we could all see the hypothecated tax that we pay it would shift to a real consumer power and a real sense that we don't waste these services. Question? (You don't seem to have a web site) - why not step up? You are a breath of fresh air you are obliged to do it - why not? Show less »
