Show more »Mr Crozier.i am a postman and i would like to know why postman/postwoman do not recieve company policy handbooks.there have been many changes to this job recently as you know.i have tried to obtain a company policy handbook from hr and they say it is only possible to get on royal mails intranet site(which postman have no access to).the problem this is causing is that because postman dont know there rights as an employee,management manipulate company policies to suit themselves.this develops into bullying and harrassment.royal mail say they will not tolerate bullying but in actual fact they are causing it by letting management manipulte policy because postman just dont know the rules.please could you explain how you are going to improve this situation because to the floor staff it looks like royal mail are encouraging this kind of behaviour by not giving workers access to there rights.thankyou
