Question

1. David Miliband MP, How do you see your role as a Government minister - to implememnt the will of the people or to do what you think is best even if it clearly is not the will of the people. I ask because ratifying the Lisbon treaty is clearly not the will of the people and would be a hugely unpopular move for an already unpopular Government.
