Our rail travel is an absolute disgrace yet in 2008/09 we gave China £40.2 million to help with their superspeed passenger train? Can you also tell me why we give such enormous sums of our money in overseas aid to places like China and India when they are probably better off than we are. Honest answers would be appreciated!
