Question

1. George Bush, Pakistan's General Musharraf came to power in a coup. He is both head of the army and head of state. He has recently curbed freedom of expression. His country acquired nuclear arms in the face of international oppostion. Yet you (and others) regard him as a "good ally" and have been helping to equip his army up to now. What do you regard as a bad ally?
