Question
Bill Gates
, I had the pleasure of listening to you at the recent IBD lunch and your comments about the "all pervasiveness of the internet" and "digitalisation of the economy" struck home. Big companies struggle to 'get' the internet and virtually every succesful/ meaningful internet story is created by a new start-up. Microsoft has had more successes than most, with Expedia and Live yet Microsofts main strategy seems to buy Yahoo. How does he anticipate that big business and indeed Microsoft can really succeed on the internet?
