, In your book you say: “War should only be waged when necessary, and the Iraq war was not necessary.” I think that most people would agree with you, but couldn't you have mentioned this while you were George Bush's Press Secretary. When you left the White House Bush said "I can say to Scott, job well done." Do you think it was a job well done?
