GILLIAN PARKER QPM, BSc.(Hons), MSt.(Cantab), Have Dunstable Police station rectified their breach of the PACE Act by failing to display a poster in the custody charging area advising that those detained may obtain legal advice free of charge? This post must be displayed in a pominent position as required by the relevant clause in the Act. Dunstable Police station has no such poster displayed in English or any other languages.
